We wanted to stay in our neighborhood but didn’t think we could afford the kind of space we would need. Ginger’s arrival that day felt like the marines had landed. She swooped in with so much knowledge, passion, and encouragement- an overall vibe that said, “Don’t worry, I've got you.” By the end of the meeting, we went from feeling completely overwhelmed to confident, even excited! We knew we had to have her on our team- both as our selling and our buyers’ agent. With her guidance, we decided to proceed with some renovations, which would enable us to sell the house for much more than we thought. She truly went above and beyond and made sure that we had everything we needed from start to finish. For me being a type A personality, the home-buying process was a very calm experience. There were no hiccups, I knew what to expect, I had ample time to get everything done, and we closed in under 30 days."
